1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to your use of the LuxeSpin self-service laundromat at 5 Glider Lane, Officer VIC 3809. By using the website or the premises, you accept these terms.

2. Self-service only

LuxeSpin is a self-service laundromat. Customers operate the machines themselves. We do not wash, dry, fold, collect or deliver laundry on your behalf, and "Wash • Dry • Fold" refers to the self-service washers, dryers and customer folding benches available on site.

No booking is required. Machines are available on a first-come, first-served basis during opening hours.

3. Website information

We aim to keep prices, machine sizes, opening hours and other information on this website accurate and up to date, but details may change without notice. Pricing and machine availability displayed in store prevail.

Opening hours are currently open 7 days, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, and may vary on public holidays or for maintenance.

Our official business address is displayed on this site. While our new address is being recognised by mapping services, directions and map links may point to a nearby recognised address for navigation purposes only.

4. Payments

Payments may be made using the card, mobile/QR and coin options available in store. Charges are payable at the time of use.

Because machine cycles begin immediately, payments are generally not refundable once a cycle has started. If a machine fails to operate correctly, tell us as soon as possible so the issue can be investigated.

5. Use of the machines and your items

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate machine and cycle, for following the instructions displayed on each machine, and for checking care labels before washing or drying any item.

Dedicated pet machines are provided for washable pet items such as pet bedding, blankets and towels. Horse clothing is excluded and must not be washed or dried in any machine on the premises.

Do not wash or dry items contaminated with flammable or hazardous substances, or items that are unsuitable for commercial machines.

Please remove your laundry promptly at the end of a cycle. Items left on the premises are left at your own risk, and unclaimed items may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

6. Conduct on the premises

Please supervise children at all times, treat the equipment and other customers with care, and follow any signage or reasonable direction given on site. We may refuse service or ask a person to leave where these terms are not followed.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for damage to items caused by incorrect machine or cycle selection, failure to follow care labels or machine instructions, or for loss of items left unattended on the premises. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

8. Loyalty programme and offers

Loyalty sign-up links on this site take you to a third-party platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

Current offers are: 30% off your first wash for new loyalty programme members, 50% off on a member's 10th visit through BubblePay, and a $20 bonus credit when $100 is loaded to a LuxeSpin wallet.

Offers apply to loyalty programme members, are limited to one first-wash discount per customer, have no cash value and are not transferable. We may vary or withdraw offers at any time; changes do not affect credit already issued.

9. Website content and links

The content, branding and images on this website are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied without consent. Photography on this site may be illustrative.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
